NEW YORK, 21 March 2014 – Miguel Perez-Santalla, business development VP at BullionVault, was a guest today on Street Signs, the flagship lunchtime news show from leading financial TV channel CNBC.
"I was surprised gold broke below $1350," says Miguel, speaking live in the studio with anchor Amanda Drury about the "hot money" coming and out of gold.
"Now we've got Goldman Sachs calling for $1050. But still, even that's not a very negative number for long-term investors.
"For the short term, yes – we're going to see volatility."
Co-host Brian Sullivan then challenges Miguel over the outlook for interest rates, and the impact on gold prices according to history.
