LONDON, 2 February 2025 – Comment from BullionVault features today in a report on the flood of gold into New York and other US warehouses from Japan's financial news-site of record, Nikkei.
Noting how gold as well as copper contracts have risen faster than global quotes amid fears that the Trump administration will apply trade tariffs to all US imports, including precious and industrial metals, this move in fact began in early December says the report, quoting BullionVault's Adrian Ash.
