LONDON, 31 January 2025 – Comment from BullionVault appears today in a report on the flood of gold, out of London and into New York, from leading US financial news-site MarketWatch.
Amid rumours that London is "running out of gold", market trade body the LBMA tells MarketWatch that "London gold market stocks and liquidity remain strong."
"Meeting a surge in demand will always stretch capacity," explains Adrian Ash, director of research at BullionVault, "but London vaults have been working overtime to service this London-New York flow."
